Multi-Profile Overview

Edge

Multi-profile tracking lets you monitor and analyze multiple LinkedIn profiles under a single Flux account — each with its own fully isolated dashboard.

How it works

When your account has two or more profiles, a profile switcher appears in the navigation header. Selecting a profile reloads the dashboard with that profile's data — charts, metrics, and filters are completely independent per profile.

Two profile types appear in the switcher:

  • Your profiles — profiles tied to your own LinkedIn account
  • Monitored — third-party profiles you're tracking (clients, competitors, prospects)

If you have monitored profiles, a Manage link appears next to the switcher, taking you to Settings → Streams where you can view and manage them.

Adding profiles

Profiles are added at checkout when you purchase an Edge plan. Contact support if you need to add a profile to an existing subscription.

Key details

  • Full data isolation — switching profiles resets the analytics engine completely; no data bleeds between profiles
  • Processing state — profiles that are still being processed appear disabled in the switcher until their data is ready
  • Settings scope — the Settings page respects the active profile via ?profile_id= in the URL; make sure the correct profile is selected before changing profile-specific settings
  • All Edge features apply per profile — each profile you track has access to the full dashboard, Explore search, Score My Post, and MCP/API access

Tips

  • LinkedIn coaches typically add one profile per client. Each client's dashboard is completely separate, so you can share a preview link for just that profile.
  • GTM and sales researchers use monitored profiles to track prospects before outreach — pair this with the MCP tools to pull profile data directly into Clay, Claude, or your sequencer.
  • If you track a competitor or executive in addition to your own profile, add them as a monitored profile so they appear under a separate group in the switcher.
